How darling is this home? It's on the market for $309,000 in Hyannis.

We like the fact it has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate cottage to rent out, or to convert into a barn for my furniture re-finishing.

Also it's close to Main street and the beach.

Wonder how long it will be on the market for, it needs work inside, but ideal for us to roll up our sleeves and restore it to it's fullest potential.

One can dream, right!

We love this home, it reminds us of the Father of The Bride house.

It's listed for $194,900 but is under contract, and has been for 6 months because it's a short sale.

It's the first home we've called about on The Cape.

Unfortunately, we have to keep looking.
